Once I decided to start looking for a house in the east bay I decided to ask him if he would be my realtor; I knew he had 9 plus years experience in the Castro Valley/ San Leandro area. After being out bid on a couple offers Robert suggested I look in San Leandro, and took me to a neighborhood I had never hear of, Estudillo Estates. I loved it. The neighborhood had a better feel, better homes, and frankly better prices. Once my offer was accepted in Estudillo Estates Robert set up all the inspections, recommended a lender, and insured the whole process went smoothly with great communication.
